In our sales department, we use Blueworks Live to map out our sales process. We are able to break down the process and visually see how things are being done. By visually seeing the process, we are able to pinpoint our faults and improve upon these things in the process. By using Blueworks Live, we are able to make sure our process is fool-proof and strong.

Central Process Repository

Having documents stored in a single repository has made things for us very easy. We don't have to search within different folders to find what we are looking for. Since everything is all stored in one location, documents are easy to locate which helps us be that much more efficient.

Real-time Collaboration

For any program to be cloud-based is a huge plus to any user and organization. Whenever someone makes a change or update[s] on Blueworks Live, we are able to see that change in real-time. With that, we know we are working with the most up-to-date information. We also don't have to wait for someone to do their update, then we go in to do ours. We are able to work on it simultaneously.

We essentially wanted to see where we were lacking in the process, and how we can improve upon these inefficiencies to make things a little better. Even though our business process is a little more detailed, we are able to break it down with Blueworks Live and find these faults.
