Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Apricot
I use Bonterra Apricot as a case manager. This is where majority of my clients informationis stored.
Pros
- Keeps track and tells me when my 6 months and yearlys are due
- I can easliy store docuements
- I can access documents easily
Cons
- I would say creating a household for a client is where my struggle comes in. I always have to remind myself of how to do it.
- It would also be nice to go in and make corrections. Example: If I mistakenly leave something out of my case notes. I can't go back in and correct on my own.
- It is helpful to have your client's information stored in one location.
I can't speak on everyone. But I do believe that Bonterra Apricot is a great program.
I would gues that it would help gain more funding. By the funders being able to look and see what the case managers are doing with their clients.
