Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Apricot
We use Bonterra Apricot to help us serve our clients the best we can. That includes intake, case notes, and file needs. We have recently started to use Apricot to create reports and we have found that to be very helpful when having to report to the State our yearly numbers.
Pros
- Easy form set up
- Support for when you need a little help

Cons
- Filters on reports
- Sometimes Bonterra Apricot can be slow and prohibits you from doing your work in a timely manner
- Some functionalities could be easier to use. I have to reteach myself to do some functionalities each time I go to use them.
- Bonterra Apricot helps us keep track of how many clients we are serving in our different service areas every month, year.
- Having templates help when trying to decide what would be the best form for the area of need we are trying to target.
- It has allowed our staff to have all their clients information in one place, therefore making sure their time is being best used.
I believe we have achieved this benefit. We have been able to use reports to be able to find out yearly numbers and create new goals for our service teams. It also is useful for making sure we are meeting our goals for our clients and our client's goals.
It has helped us have more accurate numbers when fundraising and writing grant proposals.
This was our first product we used.
