Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Apricot

Our organization utilizes Bonterra Apricot to manage Case Notes, Client Dashboards, track direct financial assistance, perform Data Reporting, and log dates of significant importance for clients, among many other tasks. The product has addressed problems with other software we've used, which frequently had errors in data reporting or very slow times waiting for reports to generate. At times, these reports would run for hours before giving an error notification and needing to be rerun. Bonterra Apricot is the exact opposite. Numbers are accurate, and reports are generated and updated immediately.

Yes, through Bonterra Apricot, our users have been able to streamline our reporting process. Data reports have even shown us when there's a drop in clients attending meetings. It was noted that this occurred in the colder months of the year and provided our staff insight into increasing participation the following year which saw a tremendous jump when viewed in the data reporting.
Bonterra Apricot helped us maintain our funding source when it was debated on potentially switching software for our Program Tracking. Our grant funder much preferred working on the Bonterra Apricot software and was willing to make it financially possible to maintain usage of the Bonterra Apricot software. We have also managed to present the software as our overall tracking platform to funders of our additional programs in the hopes that a transition to Bonterra Apricot can be made for all of them to have much more stable tracking.
We opted to transition away from Bonterra ETO for our tracking after a demo of the Bonterra Apricot software. The Bonterra Apricot quickly demonstrated how much faster, easier, more accurate, and refreshing it was compared to other previously used products. The previous software was constantly crashing, had issues syncing data accurately, and could not consistently merge client profiles when duplicates were detected, among numerous other negative marks.

Bonterra Apricot is ideal for every scenario I can think of, especially if your business tracks numbers, records financials, logs client information, and has dashboards for individuals, groups, and more. Case Notes for clients are well-layered without being overbearing or cluttered with too much information on the screen. Scenarios where it's less appropriate may be simply for teams of 5-7 staff in size, where tracking can be much more manageable without needing software to do so.
