Apricot is very helpful with program management and robust reporting. Compliance reporting, outcomes reporting, data quality management, case management, and staff management are common themes. As the data specialist, I run analysis to the interest of our stakeholders within the court system and child welfare system. Consumer satisfaction surveys, staff documentation, and case assignments can be facilitated with the product.

Yes we have scaled program delivery, and as we ran into program financial restraints, we were able to keep up with cases that had not started the process of engaging services. Seeing the number of received cases with ease is helpful for when it's time to push case assignment, quickly.

Stakeholders, such as compliance officers, can be satisfied when we can rely on the visuals, and data available. Being able to group cases by region allows us to attain a grant as an organization working in a region rewarding nonprofits for their services. Also collaboration with large human service programs grew from our pilot program. During the pilot, for about 2 years, the budget did not allow for an Apricot build. A simple Excel Sheet was used, inspired by our other programs that were in Apricot. The excitement felt when the pilot concluded and the program initiated, leading to the shift to Apricot, was heartfelt.
