Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Case Management

We us it to keep track of all the data that we have for our residents. This gives all of our staff one point to read all the necessary documents and to add notes.

  • Lets us create forms
  • Allows staff to create shift notes
  • Keeps all information in one place

Cons

  • We could use some training to utilize all the fuctionality better
  • Its paid for itself many times over
Yes, because it allows us to keep up to date information on all of our residents, including the feature to scan in their documents so everyone can view them in the same place
It helps to maintain the integrity of all of our information
We think it is excellent and would highly recommend to any non-profit
