This is a title

Everyday, I input and review data that is generated from a statewide intake system. I use the bulletin feature to access these records, I review and track the progress of each of these cases. From the start I then create and relate individual data sets to one another using features that link each of them and assign tasks to others in the office.

Honestly I use alot of internal spreadsheets that I think Bonterra Case Management could make obselete if the system were efficient for those purposes. Case tracking in two locations is probably a good thing just to be sure data sets are okay, but the second document really just makes searching easier for us. Sometimes The numbers just dont add up, like I know how many cases I reviewed from Bonterra Case Management Apricot 360 but when I look at my monthly totals sometimes Bonterra Case Management Apricot 360 has fewer because they just dont populate when I run that report, I then read and find the missing ones in Bonterra Case Management Apricot 360 and search for them and they populate for the correct time period.

I use reports to plug into foundation grant requests.
