Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Case Management
We use Bonterra Case Management Apricot solutions, I really like it for our center, it is a proper digital file for our clients and is an easy to use operational system for our staff to use. The only problem from a business standpoint is using it as a whole during an audit or site visit. Primarly we use the system to track client activity and staff uses.
Pros
- Shows as a whole what services are being provided
- accurate notes and sections available to note
Cons
- I would like to see the services as a whole at one time not on different tabs
- This is more positive than negative. It has saved us on paper and printing
- Negative is you have to train on the program so it takes more time and if any technical issues come up you cant access the system and have to wait to enter details
We have not been able to gain that benefit
I has been helpful to use in grant writing, when we say we have moved to a fully online documenting system and no more paper it does help at making our grants look competitive
