Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Case Management

I use Bonterra Case Management for entering/exiting clients into our program her at the 8x8. I am able to upload documents into clients files, make case plans, do service notes, wellness plans, needs assessments, and track a clients group attendance. When doing case plans, I help clients achieve goals and make new goals to achieve.

Pros

  • The documents folder has many options to chose from for case plans.
  • The drop down options are great for our type of case managing.
  • It keeps accurate detailed files.

Cons

  • Quick View info could use a spot for clients room numbers.
  • Bonterra has worked really well for me.
  • I've not experienced anything negative.

Bonterra Case Management has many quick options for case managers to use when completing and/or updating clients files, making it easier for employees when completing their jobs/ tasks, a lot less typing for us. It helps me determine what goals to achieve for my clients and helps with a client being very successful in the program.
