Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Case Management
I work for a non-profit so the majority of our funding comes from various grants. Bonterra Case Management allows for quick and easy input of data and allows customizable printouts with charts/graphs for easy tracking and reporting to numerous grants. This program definitely saves me a ton of time and has done away with managing multiple spreadsheets!!!

Cons
- Could be more initiative.
- Saves time to participate in direct practice.
- Easier reporting to grants
Other coworkers track productivity and efficacy of services provided. My main usage is keeping track of data for grants.
Once again, Streamlines keeping track of individual client information to be able to quickly and accurately apply and update various grants applied for and awarded to our agency.
