Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Case Management

We use Bonterra at my job to organize and manage our clients information/data. Using this daily helps us to remain organized and helps us to have all the data for our clients in one place. Without this program, we would fail as an organization. I depend on Bonterra Case Management every day and it's value to me is very high.

Yes we have achieved this benefit through Bonterra. When we have clear documentation of the information we have already given a client, it helps to be clear and straightforward with them in the future. For example, if we have a homeless client call in and we give them resources, and then they call in the next day again, we have documentation of what was already given them.
We can use Bonterra to pull statistics and show them to our funding sources as proof that their funding is put to good use. Throughout the years we have been able to continue to rely on funding from specific organizations and request funding from new ones because of the statistics we can pull from Bonterra.

When a client states that they didn't say something and I have record of it in Bonterra, that helps fight my case. Having written documentation saves me from a lot of pointless arguments and explanations. It is less appropriate when the only way a client can communicate is through text when I don't have the ability to do that.
