I use it for participant records, specifically tracking who needs to be met with, recording the date they were met with, the subsequent follow-up, and additional contact information.

Alternatives Considered

The only other things I have used were an Access file and an Excel spreadsheet to do my job. This is much easier.

I've used it in 2 different job roles, both tracking participants. One was tracking for SOR grant interviews; the other was participant check-in as a peer navigator. I also use it as a resource for follow-ups for another department.
