Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Network for Good

We use Bonterra Network for Good for all of our donor management, fundraising, and volunteer organization. Managing all three of these things on separate software and teaching that software to office staff and volunteers is a time consuming tedious task. This puts all three at your fingertips in an intuitive software that's easy to learn!

  • I would like to have a volunteer schedule that is visible to the staff.
  • I would like it to work with Quickbooks
  • When entering contacts if it thinks there's a duplicate I would like to know as I'm typing and not after.
  • This saves my office manager and I an average of 10 hours per week
  • We have an easier time getting numbers together for financial reporting. It takes that time down by half.
  • We save about $11,900 a year in man hours alone. That is double what we pay for Bonterra Network for Good.
Absolutely it has! Providing a way to create fundraising pages and allow purchasing online that is immediately tracked is outstanding. It really cuts down the time we need to sell tickets, baskets, and collect donations. It really cuts out the human time needed to sort through the fundraising end of a non profit.
I have had to teach software to office volunteers and staff a LOT in my career. This software is the most intuitive that I have ever worked with. It is easy to teach and it is easy to be able to create professional correspondence and fundraising pages! I would give it 20/10 if I could.
It seems like all of the other software I have used in non profit management has served one purpose. None of them handled all aspects of the job like Bonterra Network for Good does. I found them impossible to teach others as well. Very hard to navigate. Bonterra Network for Good is so easy to use.

Bonterra Network for Good is great for all fundraising, webpage integration, and donor management. I love to use it to send out an email blast to our donors. I can send to each of our donors in one click. That is easy to teach and learn! I also send out texts to volunteers daily with one click as well. That makes my job so much easier.
