We are using this software to find qualified personnel for our different job positions, through recommendations and referrals. This modality allows us to find quality talent, with the skills we need, and all through easy-to-use tools and simple-to-operate software.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It has reward management, where we can through its tools, reward, and reward all the people who recommend us talents according to the characteristics we are looking for and that we achieve the hiring.
We can track in real-time all the recommendations, as well as their progress, to know in detail, the candidates that are being selected and the people who will be given the incentives.
It has integrations such as job adder, greenhouse, and Oracle service, among others, to make the entire recruitment process more efficient.

Cons

Some recommendations and references have been erroneously detected as fraud, discarding them from the system.
Its interface can be very clean and navigable, but more knowledge is needed to understand all the functions that the program has.
Their technical support is very friendly and guides very well, but for software like this, they need much more support material.

Integrations with other software such as job adder and greenhouse, to achieve a more complete program in the search for talent.
Reward management to incentivize people who make talent referrals if a hire is made.
Real-time tracking of the progress of the different recommendations and recommended candidates.

Return on Investment

This type of software is the first time we have used it in the company and although the learning curve was steep, we were able to adapt to it and get the most out of it. We currently have a team that we got thanks to the program and they are very talented, with great capabilities in their jobs and they are achieving their goals quickly.
