Bouncer is a great tool to manage to check the good e-mail among a list.
Very helpful to make sure that you will preserve your email domain and you won't be considered as spam by sending a lot of mails to non-existing addresses.

All the people that are sending e-mails to people that they don't know and are sure that their emails are good need to use bouncer.
For example, every person that is using mail enrichment tools like drop contact, phantom buster etc... should then use bouncer to do a verification of the results. If they care about their email domains of course.
