Overall Satisfaction with Brazen

Our company uses brazen as a recruitment tool for sourcing and hiring our most difficult to fill and urgent need positions, typically those that have been open for over 90 days. It is used for various roles across the hospital setting, clinical and non-clinical. We were recommended the product by another one of our organization's divisions who had success using it in the past.

Pros

  • Easy to use platform.
  • Great customer service.
  • Expedites recruitment process.

Cons

  • I’d like there to be more than one recruiter allowed in a single “booth.”
  • It would be great to have a 2-way video option so we could chat with candidates face to face.
  • Screen share and document sharing would also be great so review benefits information.
  • Ease of use.
  • Pricing.
  • Efficiency.
  • Filling various urgent need positions.
  • Decrease average time to fill positions aged 90 days+.
  • Positive response in candidate experience.

It is best for recruiters working remotely, allowing them to meet candidates virtually. It’s also best for hard-to-fill positions as well as less difficult to fill. However, it is only efficient if advertised appropriately so that you have a high candidate flow to review and speak with. Otherwise, you may have a couple of candidates the entire day.
