Bridge is being used across our entire organization and houses all of our compliance and developmental training. We’ve also started to use it to build career paths for specific business lines used the program and checkpoint functions. It allowed us to implement an entirely new banking system by training all of our employees, administering communications and job aids, and scheduling live trainings.

- The CSV reports could be formatted better and a bit easier to filter/navigate.
- Putting live trainings on a calendar in outlook and the accuracy of that could be improved.
- Extremely positive impact on our new system conversion
- Passed regulatory audits because of timely completion of compliance training that we were able to track and enforce.
- Career pathing outlines in Bridge Learn using checkpoints and programs
- Sales professionals acknowledging compensation documents through Bridge learn using a course, attached PDF and acknowledgment multiple choice question. First time ever we’ve had 100% signed comp agreements in general and within a few weeks at that!
