Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We use Brightmine for employment law advice. The quick articles are easy to find and read. We have logins within the Business advisory and partnering team to access anything related to our query. The HR support team uses Brightmine for contractual advice as well, in terms of new joiners, promotions, etc.

It's easy to find out what we as an organization need to follow and do to ensure we're meeting statutory requirements, whether that's for our annual auditing, embarking on new changes such as TUPE, or going through casework procedures. It also provides good ER advice and best practices for implementing/changing policies.
We frequently use Brightmine to stay current with employment law changes. We don't assume that the best practice is the same as what was done last time but constantly strive to improve our processes and understand the current picture externally. The platform has helped us stay current by using the newest information and thinking differently.
