Overall Satisfaction with Brightree

EHR used company-wide. The office has been moving slowly from a traditional server-based infrastructure to a cloud-based one. Brightree is an incredibly robust solution that addressed all our needs. Easy profiles on patients and an excellent way to communicate with the referral sources. The software is intuitive for most users and easy to train on.
  • Customer Support: never an issue, fast and responsive
  • User-Friendly: no issues training staff to use the software
  • Increased billing efficiency: easy to use and understand
  • Browser compatibility
  • Since it is cloud-based, users in the field in remote areas can have issues
  • Impact remains to be seen, but overall simplifying billing and customer management
  • Better communication with physicians/referral sources
  • Scheduling is easier
The software is perfect for mid to large sized offices with dedicated billing staff and a decent size customer base. It could be considered to be complex for very small companies. It would be like hitting a tack with a sledgehammer. Everyone must be on board or it won't work. Overall, a good choice for most anyone in the DME business
