Overall Satisfaction with Budgyt

We have just recently begun using the tool. We were budgeting and forecasting using google sheets, which was challenging due to the manual nature of the file. This allows for quick links to actuals with scenario planning changes that eliminate a lot of the manual nature and reduces error risk.

Pros

  • Easy to import actual data
  • Departmental Hierarchy capability
  • Scenario Planning

Cons

  • Maybe add additional levels of hierarchy so it mirrors QuickBooks Online
  • Improved insights
  • Time savings
We have a ton of data - it was challenging to get it in but the tool is so much better than the sheets we were using. It is easy to use and I do not have to worry about missing something because everything is linked and there is no manual adjustments

It is a really good tool for a scaling company. It is a cost effective way to build a budget, forecast the year and comparative create reports.
