Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn Connexys

This tool allows the human resources department to achieve appropriate results according to current needs, without a doubt the relationship with clients and all possible candidates for our job has improved significantly and noticeably. This tool offers us functions to improve the presence of our candidates, such as the way of involving people from the web, allowing the creation of small forms to acquire data and possible professional profiles. As it is, we avoid having complicated paper forms that previously generated delays and a long work time.

Pros

  • Adequate configuration according to the job vacancy.
  • Extensive form tools which can be customized.

Cons

  • Initial setup can be a bit cumbersome.
  • Customizing the forms is a simple task but in the beginning, it was difficult for us due to our low experience.
  • The percentage term shows the positive increase in the development of hiring linked to different work areas.
  • The vacancies are filled by qualified personnel in a really short time.

Bullhorn Connexys manage to improve the precedent and of the candidates, exponential and scalable growth is generated in most of the departments, although the only department that uses this tool is the human resources department, we have noticed that in general, all the jobs have improved All hired personnel are selected through an advanced selection filter to guarantee the hiring of only trained personnel or the one with the best work quality.
