Overall Satisfaction with Campaign Monitor

We use Campaign Monitor to circulate a continuing legal education newsletter. It is well received by those at the firm and also by clients outside the firm.

Pros

  • It has a readable concise format.
  • It is easy to use.
  • The data is gathered easily through the Campaign Monitor reports.

Cons

  • Sometimes we would like to add pictures or snapshots and for this purpose we must employ someone to add them to our newsletter through html coding.
  • Better attendance at our programs.
  • More interest in our programs.
It was our firm's decision.
It is well suited where I work because we have offices in other states -- it is easily emailed.
