Overall Satisfaction with Campaign Monitor
we use it for all our marketing. It helps us contact customers with direct, pertinent information
- easy to create
- videos
- user friendly dashboard
- customer service
- support calls
- support channels
- Service Level Agreement - turnaround times
- have a delay on sending out email campaigns
To be honest I haven't tried the competition because they seemed to be very good. I am sure the product is excellent - it's the support I am unhappy with. If support was better I would be more comfortable with them - but I cannot recommend a product where you can't 100% trust they will fix any issues quickly and responsively.
