Overall Satisfaction with Campaign Monitor
Our Marketing team utilizes Campaign Monitor to create many different segmented lists. Then we would send out multiple different campaigns in mass. The integration with Salesforce is a huge plus for us because it also relates to the contact record in Salesforce. The price is also very good for us since we are a nonprofit so they will work with you in that regard.

- Unsubscribe Checklists do no update to Checklists in Salesforce
- UI could be upgraded also
- Our Mail email list is more controlled.
- With Marketing Cloud, we would have to manually clean out our Subscribers List we dont have to do that with CM.
- Less complex in comparison to Marketing Cloud for users to learn.
Campaign Monitor is a lot easier to pick up in comparison to Marketing cloud where I believe you need a Marketing Cloud specialist to dedicate themselves to the platform. I am a Salesforce Admin, and majority of the time, the Marketing team would need my assistance to help navigate them through the platform. It was a learning curve for me as well however, Campaign Monitor I was able to pick up in very little time. We are currently evaluating HubSpot as a potential option in the near future.
