Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®
We use CCH SureTax to automate our Great Plains Dynamics sales tax processing. Before using this software, we had to research every different potential taxable authority manually. We surely made some mistakes. Now things are accurate and we don't have to worry about our tax exposure!
- Provides quotes for sales tax processing
- Calculates and provides instant sales tax amounts by jurisdition for all sales tax types
- Tracks compliance with W9
- Turn on and off states via their portal so we can manage where we are active
- None noted.
- We were able to complete a sale of the business with much less scrutiny on sales tax due to CCH suretax
- We have less client issues as a result of accurate tax calculations
