Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®

I use SureTax to assist with the proper tax collection for telecom service we provide.

Telecommunications tax is a very complex issue. It almost requires a PHD in federal, state, and local taxes just to properly collect and pay. It is a nightmare for MSPs (Managed Service Providers) to understand and properly collect and them pay all the different taxing authorities. They have helped us tremendously.
