Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®

I mainly use CCH® SureTax® in my organization to run quotes for taxes for client invoices. I also upload monthly data to CCH® SureTax® for our company.

Pros

  • Provides quotes for taxes

Cons

  • I'm constantly getting locked out of my account
  • I have to enter my password multiple times to be able to log in, my password isn't wrong it just takes several times of entering it to log in
  • I've had to call and wait on hold for a while to get back into my account only to get locked back out again the next day.
  • We mainly use CCH® SureTax® to run quotes for taxes for client invoices. This greatly helps as don't have to calculate it manually
