Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Our company uses Ceridian across the whole company for WFM and payroll.
- Time and attendance
- The ability to preview paychecks
- The ability to import information into payroll
- Certain standard reporting is lacking.
- Support is hit or miss. Some are great, some are not that good.
- System set up is complicated.
- Because reports are saved in the system we have saved on paper cost.
- Because onboarding is online we have saved on time and paper cost.
Ceridian's system keeps us up to date with tax compliance because the system is constantly updated.
The real-time information has saved us because errors on paychecks are realized before payroll is processed because they are found on the preview.
