Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Our company uses Ceridian across the whole company for WFM and payroll.
  • Time and attendance
  • The ability to preview paychecks
  • The ability to import information into payroll
  • Certain standard reporting is lacking.
  • Support is hit or miss. Some are great, some are not that good.
  • System set up is complicated.
  • Because reports are saved in the system we have saved on paper cost.
  • Because onboarding is online we have saved on time and paper cost.
Ceridian's system keeps us up to date with tax compliance because the system is constantly updated.
The real-time information has saved us because errors on paychecks are realized before payroll is processed because they are found on the preview.
It is well suited for integrating time and attendance and payroll.
