Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use it across the entire company. Employees use it for viewing time & pay. Printing things they need as they need them. Managers scheduling & timesheets. Raises & transfers. Payroll, HRIS, workflow & company communication.

Overtime, but still having issues with blended rates.
Taxes
Employees are able to see real-time & can see if punches are missed. Able to fix payroll issues before payroll runs.
Third-party modules don't always communicate the way they should—things get missed. It's a headache having to reach out to different vendors just for them to "blame" the other vendor. Having everything in one place is very beneficial!
Onboarding. Having all employee info in one spot that can be shared with manages & supervisors with restrictions, if needed. Having workflow between employees, manager, HR & GM helps keep communication flowing and everyone on the same page. Less paper shuffle helps to ensure things don't get lost or missed.
