Overall Satisfaction with Checkster

We use Checkster to run reference checks when requested by our clients. We also use it for internal hires as well. We used to personally call each and every reference check which took up a lot of our time and energy, and we were looking for a way to outsource this task Checkster does just that, plus it creates a neat and organized report to summarize the findings of the reference check.

Pros

  • It requires extremely minimal effort to start a reference check.
  • It is really user friendly.
  • It provides an easy to understand report that summarizes the findings of the reference check and overall themes.

Cons

  • Nothing! We love Checkster

  • It saves us SO MUCH TIME- we no longer have to call up references, type up their responses, clean it up, and put it on a neat template.
  • Checkster reaches out to the references and does all the work for you.
  • It puts the results in an easy-to-understand report (you can also download the PDF or send the URL).

We use Checkster whenever we need to run any external reference checks for our clients or are hiring for our own organization. It's super simple to use, and it does all the work for you. Even if you need to remind someone to fill out a reference check, they have a button you can click that includes a pre-written template to send, and all you have to do is click a button to send it. If you personally want to talk to references, Checkster isn't for you, but if you want a streamlined process for running reference checks, Checkster is an incredible platform!
