Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Cisco Catalyst Center to gather assurance and telemetry data at all sites worldwide. Useful to troubleshoot Wired and Wireless issues. Also for the Catalyst switches SWIM upgrades. To deploy AI RRM on the WLCs/APs worldwide.
It helps us to proactively monitor network with suggestions/recommendations to the network changes like TPC and DCA changes on Wireless APs. Configuration backups and replacement of devices in terms of failure.

We use Cisco Catalyst Center in our day to day operations to look over the assurance data and troubleshoot user issues related to wired or wireless network. See the overall usage and strain on the network through the Analytics module. It is less appropriate where we need to troubleshoot WAN issues (We don't have SDA deployed).
