Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst Center

We primary use Cisco Catalyst Center for switch backups and upgrades. We also use Cisco Catalyst Center for switch upgrades. We look to utilize Cisco Catalyst Center for more but that is all at this time.

Pros

  • Switch Assurance
  • Cisco configuration backukps
  • Updating IOS are multiple switches in idenfied groups

Cons

  • More options for monitoring devices and reporting on conditional actions
  • Thousand Eyes should just come packaged with Cisco Catalyst Center
  • Better automation and AI elements.
  • Cisco Catalyst Center currently meets our needs
