Use Cases and Deployment Scope

They solve the issues for getting data access in a secure way. It provides POE to all the cisco ip phones on the network and works well with all the other cisco products we utilize in our environment to provide network for all users in our environment. They also have compatibility with all the other network tools in our environment plus the strict security and approval from the DOD.

Likelihood to Recommend

The main group of catalyst switches are good but the 3560cx switches run IOS compared to the other platforms so different set of commands are needed to manage the device and make changes over cli. It is perfect for networks that need good reliable up time and good poe delivery.
