Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst Switches

We are in transportation area. We use the Cat4500 and Cat9500 switches for the backbone. We use Cat9600 as core, also use Cat9200, Cta9300, Cat2960, Cat3560 switches in our network. We used Cat2955 in the field. We like the quality of them. Some of these switches have been worked for more about 20 years.

The per VLAN spanning tree is a very useful L2 feature. It is really useful for the network which has a lot of redundant paths. We like the L3 features of these switches. The Cisco Catalyst Switch last long time. The price of the Cisco switches are more expensive than competitors.
