In our organization, we use Cisco Catalyst Switches for the Office network in all layers. Primary product family for network access.

  • Switching
  • PTP
  • Automation

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Cisco Catalyst Switches with Homogenous interface names
  • In my opinion, there is room for improvement in Cisco Catalyst Switches with Having mGig (multigigabit ethernet) without highest PoE (power over ethernet)
  • Including features in software makes some special devices obsolete
