Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst Switches
We use less and less, but still for important services like mobile voice and wireline voice for residential customers and small and medium enterprise.
Pros
- They are very reliable, I would say. We never had particular problems. They're running and running all time. That's good for us.
Cons
- It has room for improvement. I guess. It's too old. The architecture is too old and therefore we use now Cisco Nexus Switches.
- It had a positive impact. We had them for decades now and they're reliable and working fine. Also, the support from Cisco, as we expected to have it.

Good question. Well, sometimes that, no, I would say it's not working very well. It's more the processes in the organization which have to be adapted.
