Overall Satisfaction with Cisco DNA Center

Currently it is being used by us through the whole organization but for specific departments. We are planning to expand it more in near future as we are still new to it so moving slowly.
  • Automates network tasks.
  • Cost is reasonable.
  • Extended third party support.
  • Onboarding needs some work as I felt it needs more resources.
  • Integration with legacy applications but it is getting better.
  • I am more technical but it improved security monitoring, which did save a lot of money.
  • Brought down the cost for monitoring & false-positive troubleshooting by reducing on-call resources.

From my experience, any product you purchase has to match your environment. You need to research it. For Cisco, it was an easy call for us, as we have multiple Cisco products so getting this was easy & also cost-effective too.
