Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Duo

Duo is our center piece for MFA. It's effective, consistent, and requires almost no upkeep. It truly is a piece of software that is set it and forget it.

Pros

  • The reporting is intuitive and staright forward
  • Love the function for building policies
  • It works and almost without fail

Cons

  • Nothing really comes to mind. I find it very intuitive to use.
  • Except for review of logs, it truly is a set it and forget it peace of software
  • It is very dependable and has stopped many unauthorized attempts at accessing our resources

Love how simple it is to use. For staff members working outside the office they can choose the push notification or a call to their trusted device. As IT I love how it logs the information and allows me to review anything that may pop up as unusal.
