Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Duo
We use Cisco Duo as a 2nd factor authentication software to allow secure authentications for users accessing remote applications. In order to provide remote access, we required a secure method of allowing users to authenticate with a 2nd factor, Cisco Duo integrates seamlessly and security with Active Directory to allow directory sync into Cisco Duo.

Cons
- this solution works great for our needs, very minor adjustments needed
- Add a column for user created date. Often times we need to purge users who have never authenticated, currently we need to open each DUO user to determine date created, it would be nice to have that column listed when view all accounts. IE user that was just created would not need to be purged vs user that is 6 months old and has never logged on
- provide clear instructions on how to backup and migrate tokens from one iOS device to another
- 2nd Factor Authentication is a breeze, very reliable service
- Having the ability to add our companies logo as a custom image during the authentication is a nice touch
- The admin interface is easy to use and navigate
