Cisco 980 FTW

Cisco Headsets are used across the business in conjunction with Cisco webcams and desk units. Having the 980 series headset makes longer meetings and catch up a lot more comfortable. Being able to use these headsets means we can free up meeting rooms and quite spaces, giving users the ability to easily and quickly communicate with team members

The setup of the product is very straight forward and was easy to get it up and running on my Webex Desk Pro, as well as connecting to my mobile. Working in support it has been great to send these off to other team members and not be worried about getting a call from them to help get it setup.

Having the high quality audio makes my day more enjoyable and comfortable. Being able to turn on some music and zone out in the workplace is a great benefit to help focus on the task at hand. Combined with the Webex teleconferencing we do often get feedback from the customers about the quality of the experience they have.

Many team members here love to listen to music when going through a crunch to get work done. To be able to customize their listening experience and noise cancellation to their tastes has been beneficial.
Being able to swap between setting templates helps them adjust things easily and quickly on the go.
