Cisco Headsets 900 Series

For a long time Cisco Headsets were not good enough for our users having to go over 5h + of meetings using them and how comfortable they are. Also, the build quality was not the best, however with the new 900 lineup the quality of the products is much better than before along with more ease of use.

The Cisco Headsets are pure end-user products, so it's a must to have ease of use and setup. At the end of the day, an admin cannot setup each Headset they do handover. Having easy to use products helps the user adoption cycle for new technology and products.

I am able to have meetings in any public place with no issues or worrying about surrounding noise, also NC feature helps improve the user experience when joining any kind of online meetings. Using the 980 for music also did help much to have one set of Headset for both music, movies and meetings.

We did somehow on the end user level, but I would prefer to have a centralized managment for all headsets even when being setup in personal mode, as some users are not much into downloading new apps into the phone or even if they did, they wouldn't be able to set all the right settings in place and most offten is they are using it only with the PC or video device they would miss updating the the software as in this case it's only when connecting it to the phone.
