Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Intersight

Intersight allows me to easily have a global view of all my Cisco ucs servers (serial numbers, support contracts, status, error details etc...), which are present on multiple datacenters. My use of the solution is fairly basic, but even then it's a huge help to manage my datacenters. Intersight allows me also to have cases opened at the moment of a hardware failure (which is a big win)

We often have memory sticks that stop working because we have many servers with over 2TB or RAM and thanks to intersight each time there is a memory failure, the replacement stick is on its way far before the case starts to be investigated on our side, this is especially useful when a failure happens at night
