Phones are connected to [the] server and when we have [an] issue we just do [a] hard reset or escalate to [the] voice team, we check they are pointing to [the] correct server.

Secure, phones are easy to use when [configured] correctly [by] network engineers and voice team, you don't just move around moved to different floors without updating it, firmware is to be updated when your phone [gives] issue or when we have your software update, [a] hard reset also helps most of the time.
