Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series

Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phones

I use this phone technology on [the] site of our organization. We interconnect all users of the institution by this VOIP technology. I wish [the product could] develop the administration to have more options to manage device end users. [Also,] why not develop fixes [on] smart phones with [a] smart screen and options? [Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series is] well suited [for an] Interconnect user of tree separate sites of the company in efficient way, without any communication problems. [Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series is] less appropriate [because] We don't have more visibility of the phones, calls, [and] reporting.
