Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki Dashboard

We use a full stack Meraki solution for all our spoke sites and love their performance. These devices are easy to set up and use and are great for remote NOC teams to pick up and start being efficient with troubleshooting. The GUI has many insightful areas that give great data for troubleshooting or customizing configurations. These range from device health metrics for the switch and AP to overall traffic analytics on the MX. Meraki also has ThousandEyes integration (for an additional license fee) that takes data gathering a step further. The plug-and-play feature along with the ability to use configuration templates also greatly reduces the time it takes to get stores back online and updated to meet compliance needs.

The dashboard is easy to navigate and offers many pages that are loaded with information. Cisco Meraki adds new features to the dashboard based on customer feedback and I have seen so many updates and changes that have improved upon the previous version. Most recently they have added Cisco's AI and are looking at an Automation option that will only further improve usability.
Cisco Meraki Dashboard is easy to use compared to other vendors. They do not have all the intricate configurations offered by products from competitors, but for the price point and what it gives you there is nothing better. The lower learning curve with onboarding a new hire and get them familiar with Meraki is much easier which our company loves.

Cisco Meraki Dashboard is great for NOC teams with little network experience at helping give them all the tools they need to do the job and become more efficient with networks. From easy RMA processes to metric gathering the Cisco Meraki Dashboard does it all very well. The licenses are a problem for a lot of companies since there are no guarantees the product stays online and certain integrations like ThousandEyes are overlooked due to the additional cost despite it being a great product.
