Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki Dashboard
We use Cisco Meraki Dashboard for our sites WiFi solution. Its a new product for us and so far the installation have been simple.
Pros
- Grouping sites together
- Creating new sites from a template or cloning last known site
- Over view of how the sites WiFi is work at a high level
- Being able to drill down in to a low level
- Simple monitoring setup, to get notified of issues
Cons
- Be able to give you legacy options on the same page, not having to change the view back into legacy.
- It has saved time for new sites builds
- It saves on trouble shooting time too
Cisco Meraki Dashboard is more intuitive but does have a cut back feel to it, MistAI does seem to offer more variable to offer, while this is great for initial setup it is more complex for the site tech and service desk to get a high level view, so Cisco Meraki Dashboard has the better support feel.
