Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MR

Supplies WiFi to the entire facility utilizing 26 access points broadcasting 6-7 SSIDs with tagged VLAN segregation. Easy to use and manage cloud console makes setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting easier than other products. Automated firmware update scheduling, geo-location tags, and the majority of required configuration settings all within a few clicks of the main GUI.

Wanted to experience the system so we deployed it as a test and committed after a few months. The platform proved its capability and reliability allowing us to invest further into the product at this site and others.

Great for remotely managing multiple sites or venues. The cloud does a good job of alerting to down access points, uptime, throughput, errors, drops, etc. The Mesh system works quite well but can have issues with devices that have out-of-date radios that only operate on the 2.4 spectra. Sometimes requires manually configuring the end device to utilize a different wireless protocol to permit acceptable throughput.
