Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MR Wireless Access Points

Cloud, Wireless and ease of use. We were a very early adopter of Cisco Meraki MR Wireless Access Points in Australia, we came from a controller and cli background. Moving to Meraki allowed us to shift support to our helpdesk staff and allowed management to be completed with a lot less effort. Really a great product.

Cons

  • I would have said security integration but looks like that has been solved with Splunk and DPUs
  • Only negative is the issues with client compatibility
