Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MS
These switches are used for connecting small offices, typically we were looking for access switches and these come in handy. We use layer 2 switches and some layer 3 switches depending on the need. We require stackable switches and MS switches are perfect for these
Pros
- Stacking
- User interface
- Cloud based
Cons
- Security
- More robust
- Improve on latency

This is easy for Non-technical users where this is deployed in small home offices for "C" level during COVID (During COVID). Also these can be deployed with very little configuration. Since the config is in the cloud, we dont need ask users to connect to "console" during troubleshooting
Meraki MX and Meraki MR are perfect blend for small offices. The fact it can do auto vpn is even very handy. Meraki has done the SD WAN feature which is a key for SASE implementation. It can be integrated with Cisco ISE
Meraki Access points are also cloud managed and work hand in hand with Meraki MS. Since controller is cloud based, all the info is looked up on one portal. The portal is intutive and provides a lot of info. With the MS capable of stacking its even better
Using Cisco Meraki MS
100 - We use Meraki MS as end user switches and new models are stackable which comes in handy.
Also we use the same switches for connecting PoE devices likes phones, cameras, access points etc
These are very easy to setup and management is simplified. We have layer 7 visibility so its very helpful. Patching the device is easy and remotely done

10 - Supporting Meraki is very easy. We watched a few videos and were able to support this but Meraki tutorials are very informative. We generally dont log onto the Meraki until there is an issue :) and even if there is an issue its easy to troubleshoot and fix the issues quickly
