Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MS

We used to have some issues regarding end users and industrial network. Meraki gave us an incredible improvemente on coverage and quality regarding insights and useful information. We started to use Meraki products on Wi-Fi but now we are expanding it to cable network with switches and core switches with great results to the business

We used to have local managed equipments in the past, but now we can do it centrally, with improvement of the information received and helping to detect any problem upfront. Deployment was easy and it is also easy to support remotely
Since you can have one many portals, you can choose the best way to manage it. The not so good side happens when you need to migrate from one portal to other one. Maybe this functionality should be developed
I think SD-Wan is not ature enough, and our company decided to use another vendor Integration could be useful, but there are many good things to be developed (link aggregation i.e.).
It is a great equipment, easy to use and does not require a bigger team to manage. It gives you insights and helps improving the quality for the business.
